On Monday 24th March 2025, peacefully in Macclesfield District General Hospital, David aged 81 years.  Beloved and loving Husband of Susan, loving Father of Patrick and Ciaran, dear Father-in-Law to Katy and a loving and devoted Grandfather of Daisy, Sam and Milly.  David was the former Vicar of The Church of St George, Macclesfield with The Church of St Barnabas, Macclesfield.  His final Incumbency was Vicar of The Parish Church of St Thomas, Henbury.  David served also as a Chaplain at Macclesfield District General Hospital.  David will be missed greatly by all who knew him.  The Funeral Service will take place at 10.30 a.m. on Friday, 25th April at The Parish Church of St Thomas, Henbury followed by Interment in the Churchyard.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of Christian Aid and the East Cheshire Hospice.
